Refunds & Returns
At Bindcat Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide seamless and memorable offline event experiences. Due to the nature of our events, refunds and cancellations are not applicable once a booking has been confirmed.

Ticket Transfers
In case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. To process a ticket transfer, please contact us at marketing@bindcat.com at least 48 hours before the event date with the details of the new attendee.

No Refunds for Missed Events
We regret to inform you that no refunds or exchanges will be provided for missed events, late arrivals, or no-shows.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that an event is canceled or rescheduled by Bindcat Pvt Ltd, participants will be notified promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer rescheduled dates, credits for future events, or other alternatives as deemed appropriate.
